Faris El-Katri
I am a fifth-year doctoral candidate in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Kansas. I work under the supervision of Professor Geng Chen.
My research concerns nonlinear hyperbolic partial differential equations, compressible fluid dynamics, and shock and singularity formation.
